- Evolis AgentThe field agents' app: enrollment, routes, GPS position, photo proof and payment collection with numbered receipts.
- Evolis Back-officeThe management console: zones, subscribers, planning, invoicing, financial tracking and performance.
- Evolis AbonnéThe customer area: collection visits, invoices, messages and payment declaration.
In the field
Each visit is confirmed with a GPS position and a photo. Agents do not approve their own payment collections: the accountant checks them before they are recorded.
What followed
The platform now covers contracts signed on a phone, business customers, mail and sales management.
