What we built
- Official noticesNotices from the BUNEC are imported and published free of charge, with locked civil registry data. Families can then enrich them.

In the field
The platform is designed for phones and weak mobile connections: entries stay saved on the device, photos are reduced before upload, and an interrupted upload resumes without duplicates. It installs on the home screen, and payment in Cameroon is by Mobile Money.
What followed
The platform also hosts tributes from organizations, published once their representative's role has been verified.
